1. سياسة الأسعار والدفع
Pricing & Payment Policy
جميع الأسعار المقدمة من وايت روك هي أسعار مباشرة من المصنع بدون أي وسيط، وتشمل تكلفة التصنيع فقط ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. يتم تحديد السعر النهائي بعد تأكيد المواصفات والمقاسات ونوع البورسلين المختار. يُشترط سداد دفعة مقدمة لبدء التنفيذ، ويتم الاتفاق على باقي المبلغ قبل التسليم.
All prices offered by White Rock are direct factory prices with no middlemen, covering manufacturing costs unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed after specifications, dimensions, and porcelain type are agreed upon. A deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery.
2. سياسة التصميم والطلبات المخصصة
Custom Design & Orders Policy
يتم قبول الطلبات المخصصة بعد مراجعة المواصفات والتأكد من إمكانية التنفيذ. لا يبدأ التصنيع إلا بعد موافقة العميل الكاملة على التصميم النهائي والمقاسات. أي تعديل على المواصفات بعد بدء التنفيذ قد يستلزم تكاليف إضافية أو تأخيراً في موعد التسليم. المنتجات المخصصة لا تقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بعد بدء التصنيع.
Custom orders are accepted after reviewing specifications and confirming feasibility. Production begins only after the client’s full approval of the final design and dimensions. Any modifications after production has started may incur additional costs or affect the delivery timeline. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has commenced.
3. سياسة التوصيل والتركيب
Delivery & Installation Policy
يوفر المصنع خدمة التوصيل لجميع محافظات مصر عبر وسائل نقل مناسبة تضمن سلامة المنتج. يتم الاتفاق على موعد التسليم مسبقاً مع العميل. خدمة التركيب متاحة بواسطة فريق متخصص من وايت روك، ويُشترط وجود مسؤول من العميل أثناء التركيب للمراجعة والتسلّم. المصنع غير مسؤول عن أي تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام بعد التسليم.
The factory provides delivery services across all Egyptian governorates using appropriate transport to ensure product safety. Delivery dates are agreed upon in advance with the client. Installation is available through White Rock’s specialized team, and a client representative must be present during installation for review and handover. The factory is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse after delivery.
4. سياسة الضمان والاسترجاع
Warranty & Returns Policy
تقدم وايت روك ضماناً لمدة 5 سنوات على جودة التصنيع والتشطيب وعيوب الصناعة. يشمل الضمان عيوب التصنيع فقط ولا يشمل الكسر الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الحوادث. في حالة وجود عيب مُثبَت، يتم إصلاح المنتج أو استبداله وفق تقدير المصنع. لا يُقبل الإرجاع بعد التسليم والتركيب إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيعي موثّق.
White Rock offers a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing quality, finishing, and workmanship defects. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse or accidents. In the event of a confirmed defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at the factory’s discretion. Returns are not accepted after delivery and installation unless a documented manufacturing defect is present.
